Flagship Store is a first person mobile game, which means that you play the lead role. The story begins when you have just been hired at the prestigious Flagship Store, where everything revolves around the ultimate customer and brand experience. In 12 microgame episodes, each lasting approximately 20 minutes, you will be faced with professional but also personal challenges. Because you are continuously faced with dilemmas and have to make decisions, you determine the course and outcome of the training game. The combination of didactics and an exciting storyline provides an extra engaging learning experience - and knowledge remains better. With more than 30 different customer simulations, the theoretical knowledge gained is immediately trained on the shop floor.
